Questions

Frequently asked

Who is the partner overview for?

Agents, advisors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, financial planners, and other professionals who have Connecticut sellers or buyers in their networks and want to refer them somewhere that will deliver. Not for the end client directly.

How does a Nomade referral work?

Three steps: (1) Warm intro — partner emails or texts the introduction; Nomade sends a signed referral agreement within one business day. (2) We run the listing — pricing model, pre-market campaign, professional capture, launch, offer management, close. Partner stays informed at every milestone. (3) Partner gets paid at close per the signed agreement.

Who is the ideal Nomade seller?

A Connecticut homeowner (any of the eight counties), single-family or multi-family or premium condo, open to a 30-60 day prep + launch window, prioritizing net proceeds over fast-and-easy, who trusts a documented process and wants real-time visibility into the sale.

What's the referral fee structure?

Discussed in the signed referral agreement on a per-referral basis. Nomade does not market to your client outside the transaction without your okay.

Do I need to give my email to download this guide?

No. Every Nomade guide is a free direct PDF download with no email required. There is an optional email signup if you want to be notified of future guides, but it's not gated.
